They spent a lot of effort unharnessing the bulkhead which had become jammed due to the shifting load. I was impressed with their team work and diligence to get the job done. Horrible service, unfortunately the gentleman wreaked of marijuana, seemed clueless on what to do. I had to direct them at every juncture and they didn't appear to know how to pack the truck. I am extremely disappointed, their lack of action set us way behind for our move. I would never use this service again.
