They loaded the small stuff & didn’t take the things we needed them to move: big mirrors, paintings, box spring, lamps. Then reassembled both beds incorrectly & damaged multiple items in the process of transporting it into the new places. We were charged for additional time & then we paid $100 extra in cash, then we got an additional charge to the card requested $86 for going over, even though they were already given that $100 for going past the first two hours.
