Matt and Tom were amazing. Called when they were on the way, started immediately and never quit. They filled the pod like a jigsaw puzzle. Everything fit perfectly with every inch filled. They worked well together and I am planning on requesting them again when I'm ready to unload the POD.. request them - you won't be sorry!

Peter at the office was great to work with regarding schedule. While Matt and Tom #2 loaded the POD with efficiency and provided excellent customer service. I was amazed at how fast they packed the POD. They also took the time to wrap our furniture before removing it from the house. They Tetris packed the POD and used ratchet straps that I provided to make sure the load wouldn't move in transit. We will definitely use them again.

Although our team was very personable, we found that once we unloaded our items, there were many boxes marked "Fragile" that were on the bottom of a heavy pile which resulted in lots of broken items. Although all the breakage cannot be attributed to this, it definitely contributed to the amount of damage. I would recommend that people monitor and direct placement of fragile items.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our customers will receive an introductory email & phone call to review details & materials important for a safe & efficient move. We will call a day or two before the move to confirm the date & arrival time.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Your crew will call en route with an updated arrival time. At your home the crew will do an initial wallk through to review items to be loaded & they will prep your home's floors, railings & doors with tarps & protection. The walk through is the time to point out any items or areas that need special attention - such as antiques, attics, etc.
