Excellent job and this is from someone who grew up in a family business where we did the interiors of large hotels all over the country. They knew how to handle furniture properly. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our customers will receive an introductory email & phone call to review details & materials important for a safe & efficient move. We will call a day or two before the move to confirm the date & arrival time.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Your crew will call en route with an updated arrival time. At your home the crew will do an initial wallk through to review items to be loaded & they will prep your home's floors, railings & doors with tarps & protection. The walk through is the time to point out any items or areas that need special attention - such as antiques, attics, etc.

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
