What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will call by the day before the scheduled move to verify the details so we can make sure there are as few surprises as possible while the actual move is taking place. After arrival we will greet the customer and ask for a brief overview of the task to be accomplished, any special details or concerns the customer may have then the team will apply the necessary blankets, pads, and other protective equipment to further ensure the safety of your home and belongings.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will arrive on time and ready to perform the task at hand with all necessary man power and equipment, We believe that a little more time spent in preparation can avoid unfortunate accidents, so we will apply all necessary padding to doors, door jams, flooring wherever necessary, and banister rails.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
It is most helpful if the customers things are packed prior to our arrival, unless that is one of the services you wish for us to take care of, in addition it is helpful to have a clear pathway to maneuver around the home as needed and if there is assembly you wish for us to take care of please let us know prior to unloading/ loading everything so we can plan for it. These few steps will aid us in doing the job more quickly which ultimately saves you, the customer money!
What types of moves have you handled?
Fortunately our team of movers average from around 10-30 years of experience, so there are very few types of moves that at least one if not several members of our team have taken part in. We've done local jobs even moving from one unit to another in the same complex all way to 2 man carrying 4 foot long granite counter tops to the 3rd and 4th floors of a hotel under construction with no working elevators. whatever the job, with proper preparation and planning most jobs within reason can be achieved.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I grew up moving around a lot and I can vividly remember the chaos of trying to close out and pack our old home while at the same time trying to make sure everything that had been planned prior was in order. We enjoy coming into a home hearing what the customer is wanting to achieve then quickly assessing the situation while providing the logistics and man power to make the the vision take shape as detailed by the customer.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew members are given extensive on the job training because nothing beats experience. We emphasize the importance of preparation, know where your going prior to the carry and verify that both the destination a long with path to it are as obstacle free as possible, and always ask for help when needed.

Same Day Moves
We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
