I had a great experience using Grade A Movers to unload a large POD. The guys arrived a bit later than my scheduled window but called to communicate this beforehand. They were efficient and got the job done exactly within the 2 hour window I had booked. The only reason I wouldn’t give 5 stars is because I tried to reach out to them using the number provided a few weeks before my scheduled move date just to confirm everything was all good - I didn’t get a response and trying to get a hold of anyone was impossible. The voicemail was full and no one responded to the texts I sent. Ended up being fine with no issues but it’s a bit worrisome to not receive any direct communication from a service you booked until the day of. Also a few of my loose items like blankets were left outside of the pod on the ground, while it was raining outside - I’m sure it wasn’t intentional and other than that they were very respectful of my belongings. Overall they’re solid and I would recommend!
