Norris and Jason were excellent. Very fast, very careful, particular about helping us put everything in the right room and incredibly nice. Got it all done in just under 2 hours, easy breezy! Also very easy to schedule last minute.

Let's start with the worst part. At the end of the job, Norris showed me on the phone how to add an hour and sign the job. Then he said he needed to finish something and took my phone. Later, I went to write a review and found he'd already forged a five star review from my phone.

Yes, I'm a senior citizen. Yes, I should have never let him have my phone. That said, this is incredibly dishonest and unethical. I am checking my bank accounts mutliple times per day to make sure they didn't find information while they were moving me. Its not a good feeling to realize I let someone take advantage of me like that.

The entire interaction was dishonest. I told them repeatedly I could handle boxes, but I couldn't move furniture. I asked them to put the furniture in first. They said that is not how they do it and said it would all fit. After 2 and 3/4 hour, Norris said they had to leave in 15 minutes. They had loaded part of one bedroom, a couch, a love seat and a mattress and boxes. He claimed his company did not allow you to add on hours and said Moving Staffers had lied to me when they said I could add on and Pods had lied about how much would fit in a pod. I was upset and said the second story had to be emptied for me to turn over the house. They did stay on and bring the furniture down. Then as said above, he remarkably was ablt to show me how to add an hour.

The left over furniture is in my garage. I've rented a uhaul. My son has agreed to help me load up the furniture here. I have to pay a mover to unload at my destination. I have to drive across the country pulling a uhaul. This is a big expense. I have a rack on the back of my SUV. I could have handled left over boxes. The furniture they left is all furnture that could have held boxes. I asked them to load my big cedar chest and fill it with boxes or vacuum shrunk clothing bags. They said they would but ignored me.

I think Norris knew it would not all fit and tried to do the easy stuff first. I feel taken advantage of.

The door stopper on the front door is broken. They locked me out of the second story. I got help removing the door knob to get in. There is a large scratch in the floor upstairs.

The dishonesty is the worst. I would not trust them in my home. I feel violated.

Regarding the loading process, our crew followed standard POD packing procedures designed to maximize space and protect furniture. We understand you preferred a different order, but based on our professional experience, the approach taken was the most effective way to fit items safely.

It’s also worth noting that at the end of the service, you generously tipped our crew, which we took as a sign that you were satisfied with the work completed at that time.
