The guys worked hard and loaded our truck so nothing was damaged. The team would have been able to work much more quickly and efficiently with the proper equipment. Just a basic moving dolly would have saved at least one hour and been much easier for the guys. Hand straps like the professional movers use would have made the lifting much easier.

!) mover's truck broke down on the way to my house for the job. 2) They showed up 1 hour and 40 minutes later than the company agreed upon. 3) I had to explain the description of the move over the phone 4 times to 4 different people 4) Still did not bring proper equipment or Dolly. On the positive side, 1) the workers were extremely nice and worked hard. 2) the service was very easy to book and only a one day notice was needed. Seems like if this company had some newer equipment and was managed a little better it would be fully worth the money.

My dad died a year ago. Soon as funeral was over, I filled a storage unit with what was left of his machine shop, went back to Phoenix, and forgot about it. With my on time, clean and courteous movers at my side, I opened the door and was horrified to find that in my haste and sorrow, I hadn't packed anything, merely filled a 10 x 10 by 8 ft deep storage locker with machinery and tools. As I prepared for the avalanche, I ask these guys if they were "OK". Wide eyed they responded..." we're just absorbing..."!And off they went. Dedicated, calculated, non stop until the job was done. I was so impressed, I offered to take them with me to unload in Phoenix. Absolutely recommend them for affordable honest moving services. A great experience and happy ending. Lack of communication with confirmation. Wouldn't call back, asked me to text. Received no response on that day. Had to call hire a helper to confirm I was scheduled. Got a call from movers next day stating they would be there at 9:00. Showed up at 9:30. One guy really good. The other one was clueless. Foreman told me the guy wasn't supposed to put the. Ex together until all boxes in. I wasn't providing instructions to his men and said so. He replied he was just communicating with me. It was a tad argumentative. They got it done in the time allotted.

Labor only customers should have adequate supplies for proper wrapping and padding of items.service customers as well should be packed up good and ready for their service as all supplies will be included on the trucks.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done moves of all types loading and unloading of trucks, trailers and pods to driving rental trucks out of town and also office and warehouse relocation.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Listening to each customer's needs and helping them individually to try to make their moving experience better and less stressful for them.

Moving helpers and drivers are required to train through Movers Academy to become specialist at packing , loading and driving.
