Absolutely unprofessional. No show without any communication at all with myself or hire a helper representative. This is after confirming the move with the company contact the day prior. There is no excuse for this in today's professional environment. My move was delayed by nearly 4 hours as hire a helper had to locate alternate movers at the last minute. Uncertain why they have positive reviews at all.

Based on reviews, I was expecting a better level of professional service. Two helpers were ill equipped (had a single hand truck with a flat tire). They did a good job, but nothing outstanding.

I paid for 8 hours. My team of two worked for 9.5. They worked hard, and did most of what I budgeted for. They showed up on time, portions of the initial load went slowly- we had to load both my condo, then my storage facility, then unload both at my new house. I would hire them again. If I had to do it again, I would have hired one crew for 5 hours and the load, then a second crew for 5 hours and the unload. Those guys were worn out. Couple of hints- I tipped each guy 3 figures at hour 7 and that motivated them to finish the unload and set up at new house. I also bought them lunch. First class work, I would do it again. The two guys didn't get along, one was clearly new, at same time all stuff was cared for and the job got done.

Although the loading took a couple of hours longer than we anticipated (we have lots of stuff!) the guys were efficient in loading everything like a jigsaw puzzle.

We absolutely thought the crew that loaded our POD did a fantastic job! They were prompt, courteous and worked extremely hard to make sure nothing was damaged during rhe loading process. We can't wait to use them to unload the pod when it is delivered to our new house!

We had 4 guys come for 3 hours. These guys were on top of everything. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. They took great care of our stuff and even finished an hour early. They worked quickly and efficiently. I highly recommed them!

Labor only customers should have adequate supplies for proper wrapping and padding of items.service customers as well should be packed up good and ready for their service as all supplies will be included on the trucks.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done moves of all types loading and unloading of trucks, trailers and pods to driving rental trucks out of town and also office and warehouse relocation.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Listening to each customer's needs and helping them individually to try to make their moving experience better and less stressful for them.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Moving helpers and drivers are required to train through Movers Academy to become specialist at packing , loading and driving.
