The 2 men we had were very profesional, on time and did an excellent job loading two pods. In fact; they did such a good job and worked so well with us that we requested that they be the ones Helping Hands company sent back 9 weeks later when we were able to take possesion of our home. We would recommend them and use the company again should we ever have the need.

Awesome team of guys! They were a few minutes late, but called to let me know- so no big deal. They did an amazing job loading our 3 bedroom house into 2 moving trucks. They were respectful, courteous, hard workers, and tremendously helpful. I would cheerfully recommend this company to anyone who wants to make their move so much easier!

They were very professional! I would certainly use the company again. Everything had to be removed from basement so they had to work hard to get all the stuff upstairs. they were amazing in the fact they kept going until it was done. Packed the pod with care to make sure everything was protected and secure. Great job!

1/2 hr late. Argued about whether the couch could fit through the door. When I told one guy to put boxes inside of armoire, the other guy didn't do it. I had several things broken.

What appeared to be an efficient and professional loading service turned out to be a disasterous nightmare. They loaded the furniture so poorly that we had damages or breakage on over 70% of our furniture. Every bed, was scratched or chipped, leather torn and the list goes on. I would not recommend using this service...and yes...we rented an ample amount of pads.
The guys were on time and very nice...this is truly a shame.

told them to show up at noon to move medical supplies into a shipping containment unit for a medical mission for crippled children. the shipping containment unit was only going to be here for two hours before leaving. the movers never showed - we called and was told they would be there soon. 5 hours later they should up after we did the moving ourselves and the unit had left. We do an annual mission every year. We will never use these movers!

Workers were very professional and knowledgeable of the work that they were doing. I just wish that they use some protective equipment to protect the furniture from scratches and dents. The move went fine and keep within the time limit.

Labor only customers should have adequate supplies for proper wrapping and padding of items.service customers as well should be packed up good and ready for their service as all supplies will be included on the trucks.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done moves of all types loading and unloading of trucks, trailers and pods to driving rental trucks out of town and also office and warehouse relocation.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Listening to each customer's needs and helping them individually to try to make their moving experience better and less stressful for them.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Moving helpers and drivers are required to train through Movers Academy to become specialist at packing , loading and driving.
