Before packing for your move, consider making a list of services needed, such as items to be moved, required packing materials, disassembly/reassembly requests, and special handling for items like antiques or appliances. The crew arrived on time, and had their own blankets, so I didn't have to use the ones from U-Haul. They loaded up and secured everything in a very efficient manner. I had a very old sideboard with its original mirror and thy treated it like gold. There wasn't a mark on it at the end. They also handled a very heavy oak table without any damage to the walls or the furniture. Everything was moved to completion in the projected 2 hour timespan, with no damage to my belongings. The crew was courteous, efficient, and very well organized. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and would use them again myself.

The only drawback was they were late, but I can't fault the crew for that it was due to unforeseen circumstances from a previous job they did the same day prior to coming to do mine. They were prepared, worked non-stop and were super fast. Completed my unload in a little over an hour. Were respectful notably of my property and goods, but also to me. Offered and asked where I wanted things and so on. The two guys who assembled my platform bed (no easy task) had it done in about 30 minutes. They were awesome!! Would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thanks guys!!

The one who seemed to be in charge (Lenny) had a good handle on how to do things efficiently. They made easy work out of moving a 27 inch washer and dryer down the basement steps, which are also 27 inches wide! No damage at all (defies physics). "V" and Seth were great and made the move a lot less stressful for me. I tried to be as organized as possible when I packed the POD, so I think that helped. Everything went exactly where I told them to put it. Having just broken my hand and done some serious damage to my back, I was at a loss as to how I was going to move everything. This company made it so easy. They were on time, professional, and did an amazing job!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from one of our professional customers service representatives.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On your moving day, you will receive a call or text from one of our professional movers letting you know their ETA (Estimate Time of Arrival). Once the crew arrives, they will walk your residence and clarify what is being moved.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You should know what will be leaving or staying the day of your move. If you want the time to move faster, have the boxes placed in a designated area with labels already on them. Also, having furniture disassembled will help the process move quicker. But we can certainly assist with disassembling and reassembling as needed.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done everything from moving things from room to room to full service white glove moving. White glove moving means we will pack, label, disassemble, wrap, pad your things, load and unload them from start to finish.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love moving because we enjoy meeting new people and growing our family. After each move we all feel like family.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew members do monthly training and each crew member has to train with a crew until they meet our training requirements so they can go on jobs safely.
