Before packing for your move, consider making a list of services needed, such as items to be moved, required packing materials, disassembly/reassembly requests, and special handling for items like antiques or appliances. If you choose not to have the moving company pack for you, follow these helpful tips: - Pack books and heavy objects in smaller boxes for easier lifting, while placing lightweight/bulky items in larger boxes. - Use wardrobe boxes for packing clothes, allowing you to hang garments easily. - Opt for uniform box sizes to facilitate stacking on the moving truck. - Fill boxes completely to prevent collapsing when stacked, and avoid packing fragile items too tightly to prevent breakage. - Seal boxes thoroughly with packing tape on both the bottom and top to secure items. - Mark boxes with content details, destination room, fragility, needed timing, and other relevant information. - Wrap small or fragile items individually to prevent damage or loss. - Ensure easy access to items you'll need immediately upon arriving at your new home, as the last boxes loaded are usually the first to be unloaded. - Create an inventory list to help both you and the moving crew identify items efficiently. - Whenever possible, repack items using their original boxes and packing materials, especially for electronics. - Certain items, such as money, securities, valuable papers, and jewelry, should be personally packed due to their importance and are at your own risk. - Movers will not handle flammable items like aerosol cans, paints, gasoline, oils, etc.

Absolutely on time and let me know when they were about 15 minutes out. They came to the job location ready to work, and had the tools needed for making the move easier in their truck. They worked incredibly hard, and refused to let me lift a finger. Everything was done quickly, courteously, and carefully. Would absolutely recommend Vladimir and Lee to anyone.

Lenny and crew were a blessing to me! They worked extremely hard and efficiently. I still cannot believe the amount of inventory they were able to pack into the POD. The crew was very professional and fun too! I NEVER would have been able to tackle this job. Would definitely use Little Justin's Moving again. Very, very pleased with the overall experience. Pros - The movers themselves were extremely polite. They arrived a little late but called with a heads-up about it, so that was fine. Cons - Moving a small, 2-bedroom city apartment where the bedrooms had just a bed, 1 dresser, and 2 tiny nightstands took 9 hours! We couldn't figure out why it took the guys so long to get the truck packed with the furniture (it went much quicker at the new apartment unloading it all). And, I had already moved the entire kitchen and both bathrooms myself in the week leading up to the move, so the amount of furniture and boxes was minimal. They just appeared to be inexperienced and not in great shape like veteran movers tend to be. The last time I moved, it was a 4-bedroom house and it took under 4 hours. And, several of their coworkers arrived once they hit the new apartment to help them and yet it was still 9 hours total. Finally, the men showed up with absolutely nothing to assist the move. The first thing they said was that all of their equipment was with the rest of the team at a bigger move (a bunch of schools). I don't know of anyone who hires movers in the city who has an array of necessary moving equipment stored in their apartment. We can barely fit our necessities in our tiny apartment, let alone moving equipment.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from one of our professional customers service representatives.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On your moving day, you will receive a call or text from one of our professional movers letting you know their ETA (Estimate Time of Arrival). Once the crew arrives, they will walk your residence and clarify what is being moved.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You should know what will be leaving or staying the day of your move. If you want the time to move faster, have the boxes placed in a designated area with labels already on them. Also, having furniture disassembled will help the process move quicker. But we can certainly assist with disassembling and reassembling as needed.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done everything from moving things from room to room to full service white glove moving. White glove moving means we will pack, label, disassemble, wrap, pad your things, load and unload them from start to finish.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love moving because we enjoy meeting new people and growing our family. After each move we all feel like family.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew members do monthly training and each crew member has to train with a crew until they meet our training requirements so they can go on jobs safely.
