These guys are really amazing. They came to our house and we were not yet fully packed. Even though they got frustrated upon seeing that we were not that prepared, they worked really hard and fast to ensure that all our big items were completely loaded. They also wrapped the furnitures well to avoid searches on them and maximized the space to fill the truck to the brim. I definitely recommend these guys. They completed the job in less than 2 hours.

I appreciate the efficient, careful, and professional service provided by Eric & Miguel of Rigo's Moving & Storage. These two movers communicated well throughout the move and worked hard to carefully prepare, load, move, unload, and place each piece of furniture. They were both friendly and respectful and I would highly recommend them.
There was some back-and-forth with the Rigo's scheduler wanting to adjust our start time by as much as three hours, first later then earlier. Ours was a small, short move that ended up being 2.5 hours start to finish, so I think they were trying to accommodate additional requests that came in after ours. It ended up working out, but the repeated calls to reschedule were a little disruptive to our planning in the days before the move.

Please make sure to contact your pick-up and drop-off administrations for guidance on any parking permits necessary during the move or POD placement, since the movers are not responsible for parking permits. Other than that, the general rule of thumb is to make sure the truck or a POD have enough parking space with a close access to the pick-up or drop-off facility.
Depending if they are moving local or close by I recommend taking Ramona express way to Perris Ca. If they are going west I recommend taking Gilman spring to the 60 west.
Please note most of the buildings in California require to have general liability insurance to be presented by your moving company. It can take up to 2 business days to make the certificates, so please ask your manager if the building has that requirement to save your time on the move day.
Avoid rush hours on weekdays and Saturday afternoons.
