I would not recommend this company. There were a number of issues:
1) They did a terrible job packing a 15' U-Haul for a 1-br apartment and complained about not having everything boxed and stackable. However, this was wrong and they left plenty of space in the back empty despite providing them with ratchet straps. we should have overseen them during the loading and told them how to pack it. They made an impression at the beginning that they know what they are doing. we ended up returning and doing another loading on our own which could have been avoided altogether.
2) they were constantly arguing during the job with each other. very unprofessional. one of them also got upset when we asked them to keep loading while he was worried about not having time to unload and slammed the door on me. this is despite letting him know that unloading will be straightforward and quick. they made the impression that we should let them go sooner than the duration that we had booked them for!

I hired these movers through Moving Staffers Marketplace for what should have been a straightforward job. 7 items, load and unload, with bed takedown and reassembly included. The booking was set for 2 hours.
The movers spent close to an entire hour disassembling the beds in a way that felt excessive and inefficient. Before we even pulled away from the first location, they called Moving Staffers to say they could stay until 2pm, an extra 90 minutes, because they had another job to do. I agreed with a request that they were sure to put the beds back together.
Then, mid-drive to the new place, came another call. They couldn't do the unload at all.
That left me and my kids, ages 10 and 16, to unload the truck ourselves. My 10-year-old son couldn't do much, and the whole situation brought my teenage daughter to tears. I ended up paying a stranger $100 to help move the last two dressers from the truck, and had to book someone on TaskRabbit to reassemble the beds the movers had taken apart.
Moving Staffers Marketplace refunded me $50. That doesn't come close to covering the extra money I spent, and it certainly doesn't account for the stress and tears my family went through on what was already a hard moving day.
I would not recommend these movers. If something goes wrong, don't expect them to follow through on their word.

The guys came right on time, even though it was adjusted, just a bit, and were ready to do the job. We truly appreciate their help as the packing and stacking of boxes process had already messed up our backs. They hopped right on the task and knew what they were doing, packing our POD with great skill and spacial engineering. They were very respectful and friendly, especially the lead man, who was mentoring a new worker. It was a great experience and we really appreciated their help!

Traveling is the best part of the move seeing different areas and meeting people.

Communication skills as this is just as important as any labor skills. We teach them to stack boxes properly, use moving equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, rope etc
