They were polite and fast. I was impressed how well Jon could pack small and odd shapes things. My only issue is that there were large cavities left open in the U-Boxes we were filling. I knew 3 units would be ample but with an hour left to go he said not everything would fit. So I had them simply finish by unloading my storage units and moving the items to the outside of the boxes so I could finish packing when they left since their time would be up. I began moving things around and found each U-Box had ample room towards the back, mostly high up. I had no issue fitting the rest of my belongings. I wouldn't have an issue recommending Jon, given you keep an eye on not wasting space. He has almost entirely positive ratings so this could've been a one time thing for whatever reason.

Mover's response:
Items must be packed safely. There will be wasted space as we pack accordingly to the items. Some items are to fragile or to heavy to stack on top so this will cause wasted space. If we do so there will be lots of damage to your items. The customer took into his own account to use the space where the fragile things were placed that could’ve caused damages.

They were great! They confirmed with me the day before & a few hours before they arrived. They showed up on time & were very professional. They were prepared & they worked very hard. It was HOT & they never complained. I would definitely recommend them & I will use them again!

These guys came the same day ordered which was last minute. They had several dollies, we had stairs and they never complained about a thing. They worked so hard, were respectful, did not take any breaks. Not a single scuff mark on corners or walls!!I would use them again in a heartbeat! Price was reasonable and worth every single dollar.

A crew of clean cut smell good workers with the right equipment and a positive attitude with good energy.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Making sure all items that can be packed is safely secured. Remove any small items that will be in the movers walk way.

What types of moves have you handled?

We handled all types of moves from rearranging furniture in a house doctors office, spas, we do state to state lots of work is local for the average joe/Jane from one location to the other.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Traveling is the best part of the move seeing different areas and meeting people.

What training do you provide your crew members?

Communication skills as this is just as important as any labor skills. We teach them to stack boxes properly, use moving equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, rope etc
