On time; knew what they were about; worked their tails off getting it done! Took care of my belongings in a professional way. Sadly, my plan is to NEVER move again so I can't say I'd use them again - but I'd recommend them to anyone I met! Respectfully handled all of the boxes and equipment. Didn't waste time and it was hot and humid that day and they only took a three minute break! Outstanding workers.

The workers were on time and they worked very hard. This wasn't an easy job. The work I requested was to move a large treadmill from one room to another and to disassemble and reassemble it if needed. It was needed. The disassemble and reassemble of the treadmill was not in their usual forte. In fact, they had never attempted that task before. They tried several ways of getting the treadmill through the last door, but no joy. Then they tried to disassemble it. Figuring out how to do that wasn't easy. But they didn't give up and were finally able to disassemble the machine, move it into the room and reassemble it. All the while, they were very professional and careful not to damage my wood floors and door jams.

Very professional! The previous job ended early so they called to see if they could come early. They worked quickly but did not compromise personal safety or the care of our personal property. They were knowledgeable about the best ways to pack the truck and were able to get everything to fit well and allow us to drive the truck knowing our belongings were secure. They were friendly and polite. I would highly recommend them!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You can expect to receive a call from a nice knowledgeable moving professional from our local office location that will go over all your details and answer any questions you may have about your move or our company. A week prior to your move you will receive another call from our office. This call will be to ensure nothing has changed and the date, time and scope of work is correct. We do this because many times with moving circumstances change so this helps to ensure we are all on the same page!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you will have a professional, trained and licensed crew show up on time and after doing a walk thru with you get right to work. Our movers are also licensed, bonded, insured, actual employee's and we carry workers comp. We also have a local office that you can call or stop by during office hours if you have any issues or questions before, during or after your move!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The more time you take to prepare the better. Moving is very stressful and many people moving underestimate the time it takes to prepare to move adding extra stress. This can be avoided by starting early. Pack items you wont need way ahead of time. You can even rent a storage unit (which we have and can help you get one) and pack and move boxes and small items over a little at a time. By starting early and being organized it will make your move much more stressful and it will save you money!

We are trusted by dozens of local real estate agents, consignment shops and apartment complexes as well as retirement homes with their customers. We are the number one trusted moving company in our area and we can do anything moving or storage related. We do full service moving local and long distance and can do small moves such as loading and unloading help or just moving one piece of furniture.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of moving is helping customers move be as stress free as possible and getting a job done right for them!
What training do you provide your crew members?
After going thru an application process we have our movers go thru 2 days of video and office training. Then we have them shadow one of our crew leaders for a week learning the in and outs of moving and how to safely move furniture. And then if they pass we assign them to a crew.
