If you are only 30 minutes late in Miami traffic you are considered "on time!" Levi and Ayden were, therefore, on time. During the unloading they were both wonderful, respectful and meticulous, carefully pointing out prior damage from a previous move. They were both clearly experienced and able to navigate two stair landings with ease. They were quick and efficient and got the job done in less time than I thought it would take. Ayden even managed to assemble my crossword-puzzle looking bed, a feat that worried me! I wish that I had them for the cube loading portion, but alas, I was in Michigan and they are in Florida. Good job Levi and Ayden!

Amazing, professional, fast, funny, amazing, the best of the best! These are just a few words I would use to describe Pac Man Movers, specifically Levi & Bling! I cannot say enough positive things about these two gentleman- they were so wonderful and somehow managed to make moving day actually enjoyable!! Not only were they a pleasure to talk to (big smiles and very funny), but they are so fast and thorough...... everything was wrapped, secured and protected (and they supply many of these materials which is unheard of!!! Just about everyone else we looked at charged you for saranwrap and rope etc.). These guys came with the biggest, heartwarming smiles and the first thing out of Levi's mouth was "Mamma-Gigi, we have it from here, sit down, relax, put your feet up, do not worry about a thing", and I can't tell you how wonderful that was to hear- the look of a very stressed, overworked mom just disappeared, she knew at that moment that we were in the best of hands. Levi & Bling are true magicians.... I'm still scratching my head when I think about what they were able to safely fit in to that pod, it literally blows my mind, even now.
Don't question it, don't waste another second- there's NO need to look any further, these are your guys! They are the creme de la creme, it's been a week and my mother is still talking about it- they trulyyyyy go above and beyond for their clients.

On time! On point! Worked from the first to the last minute! Took extreme care to protect my items! Very professional, warm and friendly and they hit the job done even when I doubted!! I asked for their business cards so I can share with friends and family and do fix my friends and family who were present! They set the standard for any similar service and I will use them again and again and again!

Moving people’s stuff up and down stairs and waiting for a crappy elevator is a hard and thankless job. Levi and Dane were on time, prepared, and did what they had to do. They wrapped things appropriately and they made it work despite crappy narrow entryways and aforementioned stairs. Started raining on them and they still made it work. Nice guys, would use again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A concise email to confirm the exact details of your move and ensure the accuracy of the information provided. This email also provides our customers with the methods in which they can contact us: phone, text, email.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Customers can expect a transparent, open line of communication prior to the team’s arrival. We’ll let you know when we are 10-15 mins away from your location. Customers can also expect that as the team arrives- THEY WILL GET TO WORK. The team works based on customer instructions for what items need to be packed, moved, disassembled/assembled, unloaded, etc. We have expert movers that will handle all goods carefully and load items snuggly and safely into your truck/pod/container.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We absolutely encourage open dialogue with our customers. There’s no silly questions or wrong questions. Our goal is to make your move as stressless and easy as possible. So to prepare for your move- let us know if items outside of what we supply is needed, let us know if there are heavy (400+) /awkward/ large / fragile items to make note of prior to moving day. Any information about the move would be helpful.
What types of moves have you handled?
The team has handled residential, commercial, on-site moves, assistance with moving heavy delivered item from delivery truck to inside the home, help with installing heavy granite countertops, load/unload/packing- just to name a few!
