They were on time and very efficient .. I had to have them stay an extra hour and was surprised to find that I had to pay them in cash for that hour. It would’ve been nice to know that ahead of time so I could’ve been prepared to do so

Skilled in figuring out to be the most efficient in packing our portable moving unit. Took them through and showed them everything to be loaded and then let them approach it however they thought was the best way to pack. Great attitude and hard workers. Wouls definitely hire them again and recommend them to be used by others.

We recently moved our daughter from Miami. This was during Hurricane Eta. I was concerned that the Hurricane would stop or delay our move, which was complicated enough with the rental truck, and to our * DELIGHT * - we had great service from Pack-Man just in that they responded to our emails and calls in a timely manner. And then there were the movers themselves.
We had such a great experience with Elvis and Jeron. My daughter lived in a high rise building which had elevator issues that slowed us down, and Elivs and Jeron had a great attitude and dealt with it in a very calm manner, which was helpful to us as we were pulling our hair out. Jeron even seranaded the building with song! They showed up on time, wore masks, and helped us get out of there on schedule. The way they packed the truck was so well done too. We had a 1500 mile journey in a truck full of furniture, plants, and you -name-it - we arrived after driving through Eta with everything intact - nothing missing or broken - kudos to this company, and Elvis and Jeron - give those guys a RAISE!!!! LOL!

A concise email to confirm the exact details of your move and ensure the accuracy of the information provided. This email also provides our customers with the methods in which they can contact us: phone, text, email.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Customers can expect a transparent, open line of communication prior to the team’s arrival. We’ll let you know when we are 10-15 mins away from your location. Customers can also expect that as the team arrives- THEY WILL GET TO WORK. The team works based on customer instructions for what items need to be packed, moved, disassembled/assembled, unloaded, etc. We have expert movers that will handle all goods carefully and load items snuggly and safely into your truck/pod/container.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We absolutely encourage open dialogue with our customers. There’s no silly questions or wrong questions. Our goal is to make your move as stressless and easy as possible. So to prepare for your move- let us know if items outside of what we supply is needed, let us know if there are heavy (400+) /awkward/ large / fragile items to make note of prior to moving day. Any information about the move would be helpful.
