The guys did a great job! They worked hard and were careful and considerate. All went smoothly. I caution you to book enough time as I needed them for a longer period, but they had another move after mine. I highly recommend this team.

Had 5 guys for this project and they made quick work of everything. They did an excellent job finding space for everything in the two PODS. Will be using Smart Move again in about a month to unpack everything.

They arrived on time. Extremely courteous and friendly. They handled my furniture like it was prized antiques. They were very knowledgeable on how to load the truck. They completed the job in the given time. I would strongly recommend Brian and Wayne.

Moving is stressful, but Ted and his partner were great to work with! He contacted me immediately after booking. He reconfirmed the day before and day of. I had a huge delay with the POD delivery, he was really easy to work with and very accommodating.

He and his partner worked quickly and efficiently. I was amazed how quickly they got everything done and how efficiently they packed the POD. They got nearly 2x what POD told me I could fit into it. I’ll save money, reducing the size of the second one because they were so efficient.

I am a single woman and I might have felt uncomfortable with two strangers. Both were super polite and business like. I felt completely at ease.

Totes on demand was absolutely great for my move. We moved a two bedroom townhouse to a new place not far away. We didn't have an abundance of large items, but it was still worth it to have a team do the heavy lifting for us. They called me about an hour before arriving to say they were running about twenty minutes late. I considered that an on time arrival for something like this, plus it gave me a few minutes to scramble about with more packing.

They arrived and immediately got to work, taking great care to wrap everything cautiously. Nothing was even scratched during the move. All four guys were incredibly polite and friendly. They finished early and never at all seemed like they were trying to drag things out to get more hours of pay.

I've done a lot of moves in my life, across town, across the country, and across oceans, and as far as I'm concerned it's the worst thing ever. These guys made it as easy and stress free as possible. Money well spent. I hope I never have to move again, but if life throws me a curve ball, I will be calling this team to move me to the next place.

the crew arrived in the middle of the agreed upon window and came with prepared. They worked for 4 hours straight with hardly a break. They protected our things well and packed our 26' truck beautifully. I'd use them again for sure.
