I was completely satisfied with the team from Cimply Labor on May 12, 2022. They arrived as scheduled, on time. Both gentlemen were polite and efficient. They stayed an extra hour to complete packing & load the POD.

Cimply were on time, prepared for the job, worked hard and were absolutely respectful of everyone they encountered and every item that was moved. Having 3 movers helped substantially. The movers were absolutely fabulous in all aspects, I would definitely use them again.
The cost was nearly double what was stated in the quote, **that did not at all affect their rating** but it is important to understand that 4 hours WILL NOT be enough for your move if you have a dining room set, living room (3 seater 2 seater and single seat) and 2 bedrooms. I had no idea that 4 hours was only half of what would be needed, it would have been nice that after giving the description of the items being moved that I would get a "heads up" email, "Hey just letting you know it takes 4 hours to move a single bedroom and the items you have listed will probably be double the time." Then I could have been more mentally prepared for my $2300 move. Regardless, a great job, great people and I would definitely recommend them, just understand that the time quoted is NOT the time they are trying to complete the job in. It is simply their base price.

The 2 guys who came were fantastic and very professional. I WAS AMAZED how great they were able to pack everything and so well organized. What a great team, on time, moved quickly, very polite, and can't believe they packed the whole POD getting it all in, furniture, boxes, bags, odd stuff and in FREEZING cold Temps today 17 degrees, down a 100 foot driveway no less!

I will definitely use Cimply Labor for my son’s upcoming move as I did for my move. The Company reached out right away to confirm my moving needs and kept me up to date to the status of the movers, Jared and Nemo. Both helpers were wonderful, accommodating and knew exactly what they were doing from beginning to end. I am a single woman and felt very comfortable with them, and valued their input on how and where to place my items in storage. I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things and pls know, I set up a four hour move the day before it was needed. My expectations were 100% surpassed.

While they did a good job, they neglected to bring any hand trucks or furniture dollies to move the items from the apartment to the POD which resulted in taking much more time than it otherwise needed to. Additionally, near the end they did not make the best use of the negative space in the POD resulting in an attempt to make everything fit in the end when there was still empty space in the center. Ultimately, they did the job but it could have been better.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We do not give an arrival window, we will show up at the time we have scheduled with you. Our professional and friendly staff strive to make your moving experience feel like you have friends and family taking care of your move for you. Our managers will be open and in constant communication with you throughout the entire move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Relax and take care of anything else that needs to be taken care of, we will handle your move to reduce your stress.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled thousands of moves ranging from high rise studio apartments to multi-million dollar mansions, Mobile homes to office complexes. We have moved people as far south as the Florida keys, as far west as Colorado and as far north as Main and Minnesota.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people and seeing them enter their new home for the first time. The best part of the best part is when we are all finished and our clients wave us goodbye with big smiles.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Everything: Customer service, wrapping and prepping, lifting and bending, driving and load management, business management, Packing, load securing, Load placement, relationship building, Etc.
