Everything was going well until the end when the crew told us that the doors had to be removed from the fridge and it needed to be emptied but when I went to empty it I saw that much of what was on the door had been moved onto the shelves and was now all pored out all over the fridge. When we asked why they didn’t check the fridge before they tried to move it they said they did tell us. Neither my wife or I were asked. They also left their empty drink cups and water bottles here on our floor. Mostly good except for those items. Also, only needed 2 hours not the 4 we signed up for. Could have used more guidance there from your dispatcher

Conner and team were careful and meticulous with my possessions. The team prepared the furniture so well that when we experienced a thunderstorm, nothing was damaged and they did not allow the elements to slow them down.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We do not give an arrival window, we will show up at the time we have scheduled with you. Our professional and friendly staff strive to make your moving experience feel like you have friends and family taking care of your move for you. Our managers will be open and in constant communication with you throughout the entire move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Relax and take care of anything else that needs to be taken care of, we will handle your move to reduce your stress.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled thousands of moves ranging from high rise studio apartments to multi-million dollar mansions, Mobile homes to office complexes. We have moved people as far south as the Florida keys, as far west as Colorado and as far north as Main and Minnesota.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people and seeing them enter their new home for the first time. The best part of the best part is when we are all finished and our clients wave us goodbye with big smiles.
