Samuel services called me the day before and asked if it was alright to start the job an hour earlier than I had scheduled. I was fine with that. They showed up promptly. We had an apt. full of heavy oak furniture and boxed items. They were very careful with all our stuff. We had wrapped most of the furniture in plastic and the movers used our left over wrap to wrap anything we had not gotten to.
We had hired 2 movers for 2 hours, but had to add another hour to finish the job. This was no fault of theirs. We were sharing the only elevator in the building with another moving company. Samuel Services were very hard working and experienced movers. They knew how to arrange everything so it would fit into a 14" rental truck, which was filled completely.
Yes, I would highly recommend Samuel Services!

Samuel Services did a fantastic job unloading my things. They were prompt and extremely efficient, finishing well under the minimum time requirement. They were willing to help re-arrange furniture once everything was in the apartment as there was extra time. I would highly recommend them!

The guys showed up right on time and were courteous. We had moved most of the heavy stuff by the time they arrived, but they moved boxes quickly. I was hoping they would be more experienced packing a truck. I had to do all of the guiding as they just put things wherever without being space conscious. I also had to talk to them several times about being careful with the newly finished hardwood floors.

I was very impressed with our two helpers. They were fast, communicated what they were doing and worked creatively to move an oversized couch into our house even when I thought it was unlikely they could do it. I would highly recommend our helpers.

Excellent service even with my short notice. Order the service through this website at 12:45 pm Samuel service called me 15 minutes later and the workers arrived by 2pm. The 2 guys that came were supper fast they unloaded my 16 ft truck with in. 30 minutes and help me bring all the heavy items upstairs and place them where they needed to go. Very polite and very courteous. If your in a bind and need someone now I would call these guys
