Excellent service, worked really hard and quickly. Would recommend them and would use them again! We have some heavy bedroom furniture and they did not even need to take the drawers out to lift it. We moved into a new built house and they took their shoes off and were very respectful. Great job!

Didn't have the best experience with Samuel Services. Walter was extremely hard to reach on the phone. Additionally, after we confirmed the Arlington address twice (and put the correct address in the order form), the movers went to Alexandria. We couldn't reach them because we were never given their phone number, and we couldn't reach Walter on the phone to find out where they were. When the movers finally called us, they couldn't speak enough English to describe where they were. We finally figured it out after almost 45 minutes on the phone, and then my husband and I had to go and retrieve them in Alexandria and have them follow us to Arlington. Once they arrived the service was great and they were very efficient. However, I probably wouldn't use these guys again as their management was difficult to work with.
