We were very happy with the movers. They were friendly and made every attempt to help. Even when it came to getting our HUGE couch into the basement. They worked hard and were fast all while still showing concern for our furniture. Also very pleaded with how they moved our heavy items up our hardwood floors. Definitely reccomend Samuel Services

Please type review here...Really fantastic. They packed the van so well and they worked non-stop. They clearly had experience in how to pack the va for maximum efficiency. We ended up needing a second van and they were flexible and helpful. They are a real asset to anyone trying to move.

They were good movers, but refused to drive the moving truck for me, which I was unhappy about.

The movers that arrived were first rate. They we able to quickly move all the household items and furniture around our house, paying attention not to damage anything. They were enthusiastic and very helpful. Taking direction and following through execution. I was thankful they came on short notice and got the job done. I will call them next time I need help.

I'm not exactly sure what happened, but they were two hours late to the job. They did call me at home to ask when they should be there (the order said 1 o'clock) -- and I didn't get the message because I was at the move site. So, they showed up at nearly 3 o'clock.
Apart from that, those guys worked really really hard, and stayed overtime to get the job done. They were as nice as can be.

Generally acceptable help. The team performed the work immediately when they arrived. One helper was fast and very efficient. The second helper a bit slower than the other. They arrived an hour late because they had mixed up the addresses.

Wualter and his helper were great! Very professional and helpful. I had started loading the truck myself the night before, but because of their experience, they rearranged some things and did a far better job than I could have done myself, and I have a degree in mechanical engineering! It was done so expertly that nothing was broken after the long drive to my destination. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

I would also recommend HireAHelper. We had a mishap earlier in the day with Friendly Movers (since removed from this site). Mike from HireAHelper & Walter and Daniel from Samuel worked very hard to make sure our move went smoothly. Mike seemed genuinely concerned and made every effort to make things right. Walter and Daniel came from an earlier job and still got things done in no time.
