The two guys showed up on time and ready to work. They were efficient and knew how to load up the truck, something I would not have known how to do. They were careful moving things so they didn't damage the furniture or the walls.
I definitely recommend these guys.

This was not a good delivery service for the following reasons:
1. The movers lacked basic equipment, when I asked them if they had allan wrenches for a bedframe setup they considered that a specialty item
2. The contract is a 2 hr prepayment, the movers moved all storage items into the unit within 1 hr, and then wanted to leave as they considered the work complete when no items were re-built (bedrame, desk, sofa, etc) and there was still plastic and covering wrapings on the items. I had to monitor them very carefully during the course of 2 hrs to ensure they were being productive
I would not hire these movers again.

Great hardworking individuals that show up on time ready to work. Had an issue with my move to another state and did not meet the time I scheduled with Samuel services due to the moving truck company I went with. Missed my appointment and they accommodated my rescheduling me the next morning. It meant a lot to me moving to a new state and moving alone. They will definitely get my service again whenever I move again. 5 stars!!
