HireAHelper's Review Of A to Z valley wide movers - A Local Gilbert Moving Company

We were an hour late but the customer was given ample notice. We were asked to do this job last minute and the customer was already irate because she thought she had booked for the day prior but didn't complete the booking some how. So hire a helper asked if we would help her out. This job was a mess from the start the customer had the appearance and demeanor as if she had been drinking all day. She opens the back of her jeep and there is a 60 inch flat screen TV laying on it's back with all of her belongings on top of it. She explained that she left had left an extremely abusive relationship in a hurry. The uhaul we were asked to unload into storage was packed the same way. Clothes every where, broken glass, mirrors, lamps all thrown into one huge pile. We unloaded her mess of a truck and packed it properly into her storage. The entire time she was rude and condescending but we remained professional. At the end she asked us to load her jeep on the auto transport because she had no one else to drive the truck so I offered to drop her uhaul truck and auto transport off at the closest uhaul dealership. So if I could give this experience 0 stars I would terrible customer.
