I am very disappointed in our movers a lot of our stuff was broken and most of all I have for Lupus and I smell medical marijuana for my lupus and they stalled it

Not accurate. We have not received any pictures or proof of items damaged. Same crew has been on many loading jobs where the customers were very satisfied and complemented their packing skills. All our movers are experienced and highly trained. We background check and randomly drug test as well. My guys take their jobs seriously and only interested in getting the job done. We have moved and been around a lot of very expensive items and they all made it to their destination with no issues. They are grown adults who are gainfully employed and jeopardizing that over marijuana does not sound reasonable or something they would do based on their track record.

They were a half hour later than anticipated and it only took him 1 1/2 hours to complete the job and we paid for three hours so that’s why we didn’t give them the tip otherwise they were great they did a great job they were very friendly I would highly recommend them I

The crew that came today were amazing! They were professional and courteous. They are Tetris masters! I would recommend them to anyone needing help moving! I could not be more pleased!

These were not the “experienced furniture movers” we thought we were paying $90 per hour for but rather very expensive day labor ...and the caliber of workers of what you can expect from minimum wage laborers who are barely surviving in life. 2 men showed up 4 hours late (dispatchers fault) and by the time they finally showed up, almost all the work we needed help with was already done. These men worked as hard as they could for the 20+ dollars they each took home from the “2 hours minimum” they worked. We actually had to find things for the men to do (that we would have otherwise done ourselves) to fill in the “minimum time”, so after much adamant complaining we were given a 25% discount off the total bill.

Next time we want day labor we will just call Labor Ready and save ourselves about $65 per hr per man.

Mover's response:

Thanks for the review but this is not accurate. We had client reschedule on us last min on the day of the move he said due to his truck breaking down. He asks for 2 days later with an earlier morning arrival time. I explain to him that due to the last min nature of his request we will like to try to make that morning time but it is not a guarantee. But I assured him he will have movers latest by that afternoon on his rescheduled date while also waiving any rescheduling fees he could have incurred. Mind you we were on track to be to his location at the scheduled time on the initial day. We arrived at the latest time agreed on the rescheduled date which was 2-3pm and guys arrived at 2:30pm. All of my guys have been with me for several years and are experienced. We have also been in business for over a decade and any business operating that long with majority good reviews and feedback requires consistency which is virtually impossible with a high turn over/day laborers. We would have loved to have another happy customer but unfortunately wasn’t so here. Also my guys are not driving almost an hour to you from Springfield work for another 2hrs then drive an hour home for $20 2hr min you claim. They are compensated adequately and take their jobs seriously as we set a tone of both friendliness, customer service oriented but also professionalism. We wish you the best and have a great day
