They arrived early, and that’s the only good thing I can say. The two guys were disrespectful and condescending. I repeatedly asked for newly cleaned rugs to be handled the way rug professionals had told me, and the response was “this way is easier”. I also asked for certain items to be loaded and I was ignored. In addition, when my husband tried to speak to them (thinking it was a male issue) over the phone they were disrespectful, curt, and blatantly didn’t answer his questions and just walked away. I will never recommend or hire them again.

Thanks for the review but this is inaccurate. I was never disrespectful nor did it seem their was any issues when I spoke to you on the phone. Goal of the call is to get details of your move as well as give specific advice on how to be better prepared for moving day based on your individual circumstance. So it is also in our best interest to answer all questions matter of fact we welcome it rather than assume and get blind sided on moving day. When we arrive to a job and the information is incorrect, client not ready or important details omitted that also messes up our day as we could have other appointments get to as well. My crew lead had no issues with you or your husband directing the load however he mentioned you will need to sign a liability waiver as we do not accept responsibility for someone else’s pack job. However we do not mind taking requests like sometimes when certain items are going to separate locations or coming off first/last and need to be loaded in that order. We find a way to accommodate the request safely (protect the piece) and efficiently (maximizing use of available space. All our employees are trained professionals and know the value of good customer service. Our goal is to provide quality, friendly service and we are always delighted when we have happy or repeat customers. A good name can be invaluable and that has been out business model since inception. We wish you well in your endeavors.

They let me know when they were on their way. They did worked the entire time, very few breaks and did a great job loading my truck and protecting the items.
