This was absolutely the worst moving experience I have ever had. They started an hour late, took an extra three hours to load my moving trailer, and didn't pack the trailer correctly. Several of my items were damaged or destroyed during transit as a result. At one point, one of the movers removed his shirt and was working shirtless. He also tried to leave during the move, and told us he wasn't a professional mover. He was just doing a last minute favor for a friend. Do NOT hire this company! They are unprofessional and inept.

Our movers were a little late because they were finishing up another job. However, once they arrived they immediately got to work and were done un-packing our trailer within an hour. They were courteous and professional. They set up the bed frame and positioned all the furniture exactly where it needed to go. I would highly recommend Fuse Movers. It made what could have been a hard move easy!

Shawn and Sam were awesomesauce. I was so happy to see them (previous bad experience with movers) that I hugged them both. They busted out unloading the 16 ft. truck into our storage unit in less time than we thought, I am not even upset that I paid for an hour more than I needed. We will 1000% rebook for when we move our stuff out of storeage to our new house.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
It helps to be properly packed up. Boxes taped up and loose items boxed or bagged ready to go. Also blankets for wrapping wood and other delicate items should be made available. Pathway from the home, through the door way to the truck should be kept clear as possible so as not to interfere with the smooth, efficient and safe movement of items from the home to the truck or container

We have handled every type of move. Local, long distance, office, warehouse, pods, trucks, containers, home rearranging, tractor trailers as well
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love making customers happy and getting very positive feedback. One of my favorite parts is when a customer seems so worried about how they will get it all done but are all smiles and exuberant when we start clearing out things quickly and efficiently. The change from worried to pure joy and happiness can be quite fulfilling.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We make sure all our movers are able to properly lift all items safely. New crew members are made to shadow our tenured & highly experienced movers to show them how we get our moves done. This also includes paying attention to details as well as courteous customer interactions. We start them with simple, quick moves and gradually scale them up to more intricate, bigger moves as they show proficiency and ability to grasp the essentials. Our movers are very highly experienced & have been proven in the field
