I was disappointed with the service. One of the men (the taller one) who showed up was extremely slow and acted as if he was bothered to even be there. He left most of the work to the other man, who ended up doing the majority of the job. This kind of attitude and lack of effort made the experience frustrating and unprofessional.

Jeremy was prompt with communication and he and another gentleman showed up within the time frame I was given and finished before the 2 hour window. They were careful with my items which I appreciated the most. It was also raining today so I appreciated them assisting me with my move in the wet conditions. Thank you Alpha for the great service.
