One of the movers was not experienced. Some things were not rapped or loaded in the truck properly and were damanged.
The move took longer than it should have.

I had some expensive heavy pieces of furniture that were damaged, broken, and scraped. This included a travertine marble table top that was broken in half, seven seas executive office set scraped and damaged, armoires that were scraped at the top, leather furniture that had feet removed and separated from the furniture itself (washers were lost for a tighter fit for the feet to furniture, leather was scraped and cut), and the washer and dryer metal exteriors were scraped on a metal dolly transport. Even though protection was provided and equipment for moving and placement of furniture was present and provided, they slid furniture on concrete flooring instead of placing, slid furniture on furniture, turned furniture on side without protecting surface to the ground and it goes on. I do not know the full extent of the damage. The job took 9.5 hours to move 2 bedrooms, dining room, and office. They did not complete the move of all items. Very devastating and disappointing.

They did a great job!!!! I will definitely use them again when I move. I was moving from out of state and I had made my appointment for a certain time but had to change the time for later that day Mr. Holland and his crew worked with me on my time and showed up at my apt ready to work, they were all a pleasure to work with.

They scratched a 150 year old rocker that I said was the only thing I really cared about. Scratched a hand made bed also. They did a horrible job packing pods. Nothing was tied down, including boxes of decorations that were marked as extremely fragile. We are missing five very expensive bracelets that were not supposed to be packed. Pods will not be unpacked for a year. I suspect we will find more damaged furniture then.

The workers were polite, well groomed, and on time.
They were consistent in both actions and concern for our property.
They worked consistently, cheerfully and even returned for a second day of activities.
Would hire them again if the opportunity ever presented itself.
