Midnight hour did a fantastic job. I used Midnight with full service where they came with their truck, loaded, transported and unloaded items in the respective rooms.
I had limited items remaining in my home, mostly large items such as washer dryer, beds and mattresses etc. that I wanted moved to a location 15 minutes away.
They arrived on time, and once they took a look at the items to be moved, confirmed that the time estimate that I had provided (while overriding the hire a helper phone agent) was good and they did not expect to spend more time.
I could see that they diligently wrapped the items in protective lining, even the items with some pre-existing damage to make sure there was no further damage.
They also uninstalled, and then at the new location reinstalled my washer dryer perfectly.
Overall, I paid exactly what I expected and the service was outstanding.

Both Brandon and the other young man were very competent and respectful. They were, by far, the best movers I’ve ever used. And Teresa from the office was organized, friendly, and helpful. She called just when I expected, in order to confirm the move. Highly recommend!
