I have moved approximately 20 times in my life. It is important to trust the people who are handling your personal belongings. It is also important to know what the company will do, should there be any mishaps. We are all human, and as a small business owner, I recognize a business who is trying their best, and that we are all human and accidents happen. The important question is 'what will your moving company do, if an accident happens'? Hire a helper was incredibly attentive to take care of the my situation, (which could have happened with even the most experienced company). Marcus responded immediately and completely. His response was beyond my expectations. I am incredibly impressed with this company, I highly recommend them and am already scheduled to use them again, next week. The movers were complete professionals, arrived early, and had many ideas to help make my move easier. They had a great understanding of work ethic. they were doing their very best, at all times.

When they got there, we pointed out furniture we wanted loaded onto the truck. They loaded some of it & said they would load some boxes to fill in empty spaces, which we approved. When we checked in a little later, we discovered they were only loading boxes & not furniture. We could have done that ourselves -- we needed help with the heavy stuff. Then the team leader argued with me & said I told him to load those boxes, which I did not. Partly my fault; I should have supervised closer.

Last minute scheduling, the guys showed up and took care of everything! Knowledgeable and organized, they did a great job packing my POD. Definitely going to use them to unload it once i relocate!

This was the 1st time I used a moving company (besides the military) and these 2 guys were great! They were on time, friendly, fast, and courteous. They had the tools I needed and gave me several helpful moving hints. From the front office to the movers, everyone was cordial and professional! I would definitely recommend this company!
