I booked 2 guys for 6 hours to move from a 1753 sqft house to a 3 bedroom apartment which was only a few miles from the house. The guys showed up on time if not a little early. The leader was concerned they wouldn't get everything done in 6 hours so I told him my main concern was the furniture. He seemed to have a chip on his shoulder and wasn't very personable. They got all the furniture and most of our other stuff moved in 4 hours. I didn't bother asking them to make another trip since the leader had an attitude and he didn't ask if there was anything else I wanted done knowing he still owed me 2 hours. The next day I moved the rest of our stuff by myself. Next time (if there is one) I will book for 4 hours and then pay for extended time if it is needed. Overall the job got done!
