The team was friendly enough, but they didn't seem to approach the move expeditiously—of course, this added 2.5 hours of labor to the move. As they are paid by the hour, what incentive is there for them to move quickly?
While I could deal with this, I can't tolerate them breaking half of the dining room chairs. This appeared to be from either being dropped or jammed under the truck's dining room table. I even bought additional furniture pads, straps, and rope to ensure the items were packed correctly.

We had an excellent experience with ProTouch Movers LLC! Four gentlemen, led by Devon, handled our move with impressive professionalism and care. They tackled four floors with an elevator and managed some extremely heavy furniture—all on a warm day—without missing a beat.
From the moment they arrived, each team member greeted us warmly and introduced themselves, which immediately set a positive tone. They worked quickly and efficiently, treating every piece of furniture as if it were their own. We were scheduled for two hours, but they unloaded a fully packed 26-foot truck in under an hour and a half—without sacrificing quality or care.
At the end of the move, each of them made sure to say goodbye, which was such a respectful and appreciated gesture. Their professionalism, speed, and attention to detail truly stood out. We highly recommend Devon and his crew at ProTouch Movers LLC!
