I used Pro Touch Movers in Jacksonville for my last move and was very pleased with their work ethic and problem-solving attitude. The team loaded our 3 bedroom house into a 16 ft. POD, which we quickly found out during the load-in process was not going to be enough to hold everything.
Our team was accommodating and figured out the best way to squeeze all of our essentials into the POD; we were then able to squeeze what we could into our vehicles and sell/give away everything else. Given these limitations, we were very pleased that we found minor moving damage to only one piece of furniture when we opened our POD a week later in Texas. If we had booked an additional POD or a larger truck, I'm certain the experience would have been even smother.

F Devon the owner and his crew of worthless losers. Over $2,500 is damages. Sent the losers home after 45 minutes even though I paid for 2 hours. Then Devon claims I’m a liar and proceeds to block me. Screw all of you.

Both guys came on time and ready to go. They packed up my truck very well and after 12+ hours all was in place in the truck still. Great job. They call ahead to confirm everything and give you an eta which was really nice. Takes a lot of stress off of the moving process.
