They were an hour and a half late. My boyfriend and I ended up loading a majority of the heavy furniture ourselves while we were waiting for them to show up. Once they got there they worked quickly. It was not worth the amount we ended up paying for the 45mins they were actually there to help when all they did was move boxes. I will not be using hireahelper again for future moves.
