I recently made use of Efficient Moving Labor to assist me with moving items from my apartment in preparation for my cross country move. On the day of my scheduled appointment, there wasn't any communication between the two movers and myself except for the four times that I called them to inquire about their arrival. They were scheduled to arrive at my apartment at 2:00 p.m. and did not show up until 5:45 p.m.! When I called them they initially said that they would be late to arrive because they finished up with the job scheduled before mine late. Each of the three times that I called afterwards I was told that they were stuck in traffic but that they would get the job done fast. When they arrived at my apartment they lacked professionalism and the common courtesy that one would display when interacting with clients. One of the helpers asked to use the bathroom and preceded to urinate all over the bathroom rug! I am very unhappy with this service and will not be using them in the future nor will I recommend them to family or friends.

They were amazing fitting the pod in the city. The level of care they showed with our stuff and the packing to make use of every single spot in the pod was phenomenal. Even the pod driver testified that they are especially good when dealing with pods. They worked hard, were super fair, never seemed to take a break and were incredibly considerate even as our toddler ran around behind them. Highly, highly recommend!
