The team that helped me we amazing. So personable and cautious with my things. They had a staircase to get up to the house and then one down to the basement. They were extremely positive all day. I would highly recommend these men and will definitely use them in the future for all of my heavy moving issues. You can not get a moving company at this quality for this price!!!! Bravo guys.

My problem was not with the workers. They were very fast and very respectful. My problem was with Hire a Helper. They accidentally forgot to tell me that I would be charged for the travel time between the storage facility and my house in addition to the labor costs which continue while traveling. When they sprang it on me I was on my way to the house with a truck full of stuff and they suggested if I was unwilling to pay (for their financial error) the helpers would simply not follow me home. I am a senior citizen and there was no way I would be able to unload the truck on my own. NOT COOL Hire a Helper!
