Amazing.
They are the first person I call when needing a move and over deliver every time… like today I forgot bags for my beds and they wrapped them for me right.
And I needed to move items to anorhrt apt and they took care of it.

These gentlemen were on time, respectful and worked hard. Moving heavy crap is never pleasant or easy. That's why I say thank you to Fridays Moving service for coming through and giving my wife and I one less stressful thing to deal with.

Didn’t show up and didn’t do any proper communication on the insurance requirement which they didn’t have.

Mover's response:

First I’d like to apologize for your displeasure. But we definitely spoke a week before the scheduled date of your move and you said nothing about an insurance requirement which we do have. No one had even documented that you even needed that service. But for some reason I don’t know the reason maybe you didn’t know about the requirement either but on the date of 6/15 your building management requires it. It’s just requesting for insurance the same day when so many things can go wrong is not ideal. We need at least a day or 2 just make sure the information on such documents are clear and correct.
