Hey Mrs.Marks. We appreciate the review and you for choosing our services. But statements about “being two hours late”. And “moved most of the stuff ourselves”. Is completely untrue. And I say that because I personally showed up on time with another helper at (8:48am), as per arrival window 8am-9am and you were not on-site. Now about moving most of the stuff yourself. I know that didn’t happen because the uhaul van was fully packed when we pulled into the parking lot. You weren’t there so you didn’t see that huge puddle of water where your husband had the van parked and wanted us to unload. We had to explain to your husband that parking in the back of parking lot like that with that steep of a hill wasn’t safe/efficient. After the second trip your husband realized how much time it was taking to walk through the puddle, up the hill and between the cars then to the 4 flights of stairs. He then decided to take our advice and move van to street level. Which would take a flight of steps away while saving us time and headaches. After that the rest of the move went on without a problem. And still finished within the allotted time of (10:30am). I really don’t know what your husband told you. But what I can tell you is that we unloaded a fully stocked van and did the best we could while also giving the best possible advice to get the job done in the safest most efficient manner possible.
