They were not on time and called 45 minutes into the arrival time stating they would be late with no apparent reason or apology. When it was almost 10 minutes pass the late arrive time I called and was told they were lost however I was not called and found calling them yo unprofessional!
No they were not prepared for the job being thatvthey arrieved with dallas and hard ti be told that there was set up and beds and a dining table on the order which they did not do.
Because they were ill prepared the job was more difficult then it should have been. I have to assist which shouldn't have haf to do!
Curtis ans Jaleel were extremely disrespectful to my property and goods. I move in to a brand new home and now have a damanged and dented walls and railing to the stairs.
I.would absolutely NOT use Nu Image ever in life and would strongly advise others to avoid this mover!

The guys were very friendly. They were late due to traffic. They got the job done. Not as respectful and I would have thought with our property and goods. The guys need to be more respectful of other peoples property and goods. What if they were the person moving. Would they want their property and good treated without respect and care? I will say they got the job done in the time allotted.
