They completed the unloading within the scheduled time and were able to come early.

The guys sent to help us very friendly and efficient at moving dozens of boxes and heavy furniture from our 20-ft U-HAUL up a flight of stairs. They politely asked us how we wanted each room to be laid out so they could move everything more effectively. They took extra precaution with our furniture and breakables to ensure that nothing was damaged in any way. They finished their work in just under 2 hours, which in my opinion was well worth what I paid. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who's moving in around the Kansas City, MO area.

5 Star Moving in KC did a fine job for me. They dismantled items for better use of "Pod" space, went to the added level of boxing some delicate items, and showed up on time (also calling ahead to confirm their time of arrival). Though I was not on site, the folks that were said they were careful but didn't waste time and were pleasant to work with. Most importantly, the head of the operation named Dan was always "in" to his phone so I could explain different requirements for the job and he made sure that those requirements were followed. I would definitely use them again!

On arrival the men jumped right into the job. It was a hot day so we kept giving them water and they never slowed down. They were very careful and there were no problems with our belongings and our apartment. They came prepared with the equipment that was appropriate. I would definitely recommend five star.
