Five Star Moving did a wonderful job. I hired them to unload a uhaul we brought in from out of state. They were on time, handled everything with care, set up a one-bedroom apartment and cleaned up all the empty boxes and packaging. The two workers were very thorough and competent. I would definitely recommend and use this company again.

The guys were great and hard working, the only thing was toward the last. They left my couch and two over sized chairs to the end. They had thought my sofa would go cross-way in the pod but it didn't fit so they stood it up on one end and angled it and shoved the chairs on top of the couch. They finished within the two hour frame but was hurrying at the end and did not use as much caution in loading

The four man team we had were friendly, helpful, and very hard working. They were very professional: on time (early in our case), assessed the situation first, made sure I was on the same page, explained the process, then got to work. Even though they worked quickly, they were very careful and respectful of our property, and of where we wanted everything placed. I would definitely use them again.

Outstanding customer service. Flexibility to accommodate any unexpected situation is their most valuable asset. The crew worked late into the evening to accomplish the task after a rental truck maintenance issue caused a five hour delay.

Nice guys. I only needed our big furniture moved and paid for 2 guys. They brought in a third for free and moved everything I asked. The only problem was they did some minor damage to my home. I told them I was moving out in a week so the repairs needed to be done ASAP. They said someone would call me that week. It's been almost 2 weeks and I haven't heard from the company. Needless to say I fixed them by myself.

The two guys were late due to other employees not showing that day. They were scheduled between 2 & 3 pm, however did not arrive 6:00pm. They did keep me posted throughout the day as to their schedule and assured me they would get the job done. We only had a small U-Pack cube to load and they accomplished this in about 50 min.. They were professional hard workers and they handled our property with care, especially the boxes marked dishes and fragile. I would use them again even though they were late, after all things happen.
