6.5 hrs (2 guys 1st day, 3 guys 2nd day) to move a one bedroom from 1 bldg to the next, no appliances, no truck load. They were horrible! I asked at least a dozen times over 2 DAYS to take the big stuff; I was ignored. This is the game, take the small stuff and them you have to keep them because you have heavy stuff left. I've left 2 messages and 2 texts to the owners cell phone. NO response. Still finding all the damages; broke the sofa leg off, bolts missing on recliner, credenza scratched, even the metal knows are scratched, antique mirror stand broken and scratched, 3 deep scratches in my wood floor, antique gate leg table leg broke. I'm sure I'll find more. For this I should pay over $600! They can choose not to answer, I can make other choices too. If you value your property and time, look elsewhere.

The guys were on time and generally professional. But they were frantically focused on speed above all else. They broke several items that were well packed. They stacked heavy book boxes on top of light boxes that were marked “fragile.” All in all I’m pretty disappointed and would not use them again.
