Once again Le Doux did a great job. They unloaded our PODs into our new home that had been loaded by them about 7 weeks before. As before, Carmen (in the office) contacted us the day before with the anticipated arrival time of the 4 person crew. They arrived as anticipated and were professional, courteous, and worked hard - finishing the job about 2 hours less the original estimated time. So they reassembled 2 beds and a dining room table for us - an unexpected pleasure! Bottom line - I would definitely use them again.

Was moving to an apartment from out of state, our team of guys were 2 hours early and ready to work when we were ready for them, which really helped us get everything unloaded quickly and ahead of schedule. They were friendly, careful with our items and worked hard and efficiently the whole time. We would definitely use them again and recommend their services!

We hired a team of 3 people for 2 hours to help us move the contents of a 16 ft pod into a townhouse. The men arrived promptly as scheduled and proceeded to unload the contents. They suggested to move the smaller things into the garage in order to get to the larger items and finished in time. Everything was out of the pod in about an hour. There were lots of items in the garage but the team leader said that they were not supposed to "touch again what they had already moved" They agreed to move 4 more items and that was it. I called their dispatcher who confirmed their words. So they left.
I think that $520.00 dollars was way to much. I thought that when calling "Hire-a-Helper" I was doing exactly that for 2 hours. My bad? Perhaps. I am writing this to alert other future customers to make sure they understand what they are paying for.
