They were not careful with fragile boxes when loading. In fact I asked them not to put any heavy boxes on top of my computers, they put my computer box on the bottom and put boxes on top of it.

They sucked. I told them about my book case when they first got to my house and then forgot about it until it was too late because the pod was full. They were the slowest human beings I have ever seen move anything. I will never use your company again and to be true full, you owe me that additional money above the original estimate. So why don't you go **** yourselves.

The 3-man crew got my trailer loaded and packed in under 4 hours. Great effort. However, it arrived at my new home as a "Train wreck".
The load was not properly packed or secured. Major packing mistakes were made. I believe that gross disregard for basic packing guidelines occurred.
I have made a significant insurance claim for several broken items. Would not recommend them.
