Very helpful. They did rub the paint off my front step getting the furniture out but I likely would have too. Price was high for the amount of work done.

We had two awesome guys pack our Pack-Rat 16 foot container. This was our second 'pod' and we were worried all of what was left wouldn't fit. Alex and Devonte did an amazing job of getting everything we needed packed. They were very efficient and VERY GOOD at what they do! LeDoux has been good to work with and I'd hire them again!

Tony and Robert arrived on time. Robert managed the paperwork and wrapped furniture in the blankets I provided. I had already packed all the boxes. Tony did all the heavy lifting and moved the majority of our stuff from the lower level of the house to the driveway where the container was located. Tony is a miracle worker and was able to get everything in one container in two hours. I'm sure if my husband and I had done it ourselves, we would have needed two containers and several hours! They work quickly, so if it's important to the customer to have the container loaded within a specific timeframe, I recommend having all items ready to go. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The only reason this is a 4 star review is they were a couple hours late and didn't have the best communication. Tim and his crew were exceptionally professional, polite and FAST. They were very respectful of our belongings and treated them with care. When they were done it looked like our pod had been packed by a Tetris Master.
Would absolutely recommend them and book them again.

The guys who packed for us were great! They took good care of our belongings and really know how to make it fit in a truck!!

Both men were working at a fast pace and had the POD emptied in the two hours they were scheduled for. They were at our door a few minutes before the scheduled time. We showed them where each room was and from there on they took the boxes to the assigned locations. They brought their own blankets to protect the floors and carried the appliances and book cases.
