Was quick to get things in the house.
Left a few dings on our door jam and some of our furniture but nothing major.

Only 3 of the 4 guys showed up and it was the next morning due to circumstances out of their control. They still had both pods emptied and everything in the correct locations in under 2 hours. Good work guys!

This was the best of the best experiences. Weather provided some real trials but with the cooperation/coordination of LeDoux Moving Solutions, we got the job done. From the time we agreed to use them through the day the pack out was completed, they kept us up-to-date and worked with us through several schedule cancellation due to weather.
The "Elite" crew of two that made our move were courteous, very considerate of our furniture, ensured it was well packed AND well protected. They worked efficiently, thoroughly and were respectful.
I plan to hire them again...the same two helpers if we can. While the $$$ may seem expensive...you get what you pay for and we have no regrets. Thanks guys.

Paul & Robert were incredible! They brought moving blankets to keep the carpets clean even with the snow, and their ramp up our front door made moving in a breeze! They were polite and attentive, and they moved quickly the entire time! What they did in 3 hours would’ve taken us an entire day! They never dinged a wall or a piece of furniture—so careful w everything! They stayed an extra hour to make up for how unprepared my husband & I were—absolute life savers! Highly recommend, and would use them again ourselves! Thanks, guys!!!

Arrived on time, worked fast & efficiently unloaded the jigsaw-puzzle-like container loaded by different Hire-A-Helper crew in the city I moved from.
THAT (Rochester, NY) 2-MAN TEAM DID NOT USED 30 RENTED PADS FOR COVERING ALL FURNITURE AND NOW A MID-CENTURY DESK IS BADLY SCRATCHED 1/2" ACROSS ITS ENTIRE TOP! THAT is the crew I want to review but the link to review them has disappeared!
