Our moving labor help was fantastic on 8/3/2018. Jordan and Eric(?) did a great job. They were very careful with our furniture and they wrapped it very well when loading it on the moving truck. They were professional and hard working. I would definitely recommend them to someone.

Very nice and hardworking group of guys.
My concerns:
1. I had them help load a POD with everything that could possibly fit (I have way more stuff than one POD). I open it the next day before they pick it up and there is a big open space. If I wouldn't have noticed it, everything would have fallen over in transport.
2. There are some big scratches on a few pieces of expensive furniture that I noticed. I was told by one of the gentleman to not worry, he is taking pictures and sending it to his boss. I feel like if I wouldn't have seen it myself he wouldn't have ever told me about the damage. I never signed a list of damaged items, so I don't even know what was reported as damaged.
3. I caught them dropping boxes into slots in the POD to make the puzzle work. I appreciate them utilizing the space in the POD, but dropping boxes with fragile items is not the right approach.
I am very nervous to see all of my valuables in 6 months when my POD is delivered.
