Robert & Tim did a great job. They arrived to a problem with the pod that was being delivered and really turned the whole situation around and had a good attitude to what could have been a terrible day. Thank you for being so positive - and packing the pod.

The workers were prompt for their scheduled time. Very pleasant. They were hard workers and I felt like they utilized their time wisely. If I had one recommendation, it would be to ask homeowner where boxes go. I had several boxes that were left downstairs that were marked for up stair rooms. Overall, I would recommend them to others.

The guys did a great job and worked very quickly.. So quickly that we got an hour refunded to us. Nothing broken or other problems. Courteous and pleasant to deal with.

Unfortunately I scheduled two jobs with this company and both days they were at least an hour late! The second day I used them the guys they sent weren't able to do the job and because they couldn't get a hold of their boss they left leaving us in a mess because we had to return the truck an hour away that same night! I had them scheduled for 1pm and thank goodness HireAHelper stepped in and we received the help we needed but those poor guys didn't finish until almost 10 pm! Very disappointed!
I am sorry our crew was unable to complete your move. I understand one of our guys injured his back and not able to lift items. We were out of town this weekend and out of phone range. I am glad Hire a helper was able to assist you in getting another crew.
