Humphrey Transportation has been in the transportation business for over ten years. The size of the crew are five transport service attendants, a service supervisor, and a service manager. The team members have combined moving experience of over seventy five years. The company moves the household items of individuals, families, and businesses with care and compassion. The team is very professional, and we understand that "time is of the essence." In addition, we provide professionalism combined with excellent customer service, and "if the customer is not happy, we are not happy!"

Originally needed their services earlier. They changed the times twice and then changed the day. I denied their change and then called them. They said the system made the error and that they could come on the day I requested. They were very helpful and respectful of my home. but I don’t think they were very experienced. I appreciated that they did keep me informed of the time changes and prompt in getting back to me when I reached out to them. It would be helpful if they updated the time changes in their system. I was receiving messages saying my time was almost up when they had only been working for 30 minutes.

Jordan communicated with me regularly leading up to the time he arrived and I always felt like I knew exactly what to expect on moving day. He and his employees worked exceptionally hard and took care with my belongings and my home. He had a wealth of experience and made some recommendations to me that I was happy to accept. The movers changed their time arrival three times the day of service. They were scheduled to arrive between 7-8am and did not arrive until 10am. I was tired of waiting and had somewhat tight schedule that day, so my family started to unload my storage unit while we waited for them to arrive. On the way to the unload location they sent me a text message that they were making a stop. So we were waiting for them to arrive again. They loaded what was left and unloaded efficiently. I just found it unprofessional and seriously annoying to be kept waiting, especially when I'd paid in advance.
